Clear answers before an engagement begins.

These questions explain the service architecture, engagement boundaries, frameworks, delivery expectations, and practical starting information.

What does DTX Ignite Technologies do?

DTXI provides advisory, assurance, and solution-delivery services across Information Security and AI Governance, Security & Business Automation. The portfolio includes GRC, cybersecurity assurance, AI governance, AI security, and governed automation.

How are the services organized?

The authoritative architecture appears on the Services Overview page. Information Security includes GRC and Cybersecurity Assurance. The AI practice includes AI Governance & Risk, AI Security, and AI Solutions & Business Automation.

Can services be combined?

Yes. Services are combined when the objective requires connected work, such as governance plus technical validation or AI governance plus a secure implementation. The scope is designed to reuse evidence and avoid duplicating activities.

Which frameworks does DTXI support?

Depending on scope, DTXI may reference ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, ISO/IEC 27005, NIST CSF, NIST RMF, CIS Controls, SOC 2 criteria, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 23894, OWASP guidance, and other applicable sources.

Does DTXI provide certification?

DTXI supports readiness, program development, evidence, internal preparation, and remediation planning. Formal certification or independent attestation is performed by an appropriately accredited or authorized external body.

What is included in a cybersecurity assessment?

Scope may include vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, web or API testing, cloud review, architecture review, and remediation validation. Assets, access, techniques, safety constraints, and reporting expectations are agreed before testing.

Can DTXI review an existing AI tool or deployment?

Yes. Review may cover the use case, data, access, vendor, architecture, retrieval, integrations, monitoring, operating controls, governance conditions, and targeted risk scenarios.

Does DTXI build AI solutions?

Yes. DTXI can design and implement governed RAG assistants, internal copilots, workflow automation, compliance-evidence solutions, and related integrations. Delivery includes control design, testing, adoption, and handover.

How long does an engagement take?

Duration depends on scope, access, environment complexity, evidence availability, stakeholder availability, testing depth, and required outputs. A focused assessment may take weeks, while program development or solution delivery may run through multiple stages.

What does DTXI need from the client?

A clear objective, sponsor, in-scope environment, relevant artifacts, stakeholder access, timely decisions, and agreed ownership of actions. More specific requirements are defined during Discover & Scope.

Where does DTXI operate?

DTXI maintains a presence across Toronto and Dubai and can support remote and hybrid engagements according to scope, access, and client requirements.
